As an Approved Clinical Supervisor and a Registered Supervisor for the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists, I am able to offer LPC-Interns supervision towards licensure.
I provided clinical supervision to graduate students in OSU-Cascades Masters of Counseling program from 2015-2020. I view the supervision process as one that is parallel to the counseling process; the essential first step is developing rapport in a safe, supportive environment. I work with supervisees on identifying their goals, strengths, and challenges, and we dedicate time not only to enhancing skills, but in continuing to develop a clear sense of who each wants to be as a professional counselor.
I offer individual and group supervision (max 3-5 per group).
Supervision rate is $150 / hour.
